I waited for over 30 minutes to get a haircut and got skipped twice by people who came in 20 minutes after I was there already waiting. Then get a text that I am next in line and then get another text that I have to wait another 15 minutes and then get another text that Im next in line. I got skipped both times. I wasted 45 minutes to not get a haircut. Very poor service and there was 4 stylists there at the time.

I have been a long time customer ever since this location opened. I notice how the quality of work started to diminished. There has been a change of hair stylist and it shows on the quality of the customer service. Today January 21, 2019 @ 1:00pm I went to get my hair cut done and I notice that there were two other people awaiting for a while as we were talking at the waiting room and their was two stylist cutting and two just having a private conversation. Once one of the stylist that was working got done with their client, this stylist asked for the next person who already left and had called two other names as they left to finalized get to one of the three who was ahead of me. As this was going on the other two stylist who was chatting on I heard from my seat , one of the chatting stylist saying that they need a break while there was a discussion that she just showed up to work and wanted a break immediately. I do not care of the situation or the management style as long as they do the job. Why as a customer do I have to wait so long and watch and hear as your stylist just goof around the shop. I left and will find another place to do business. I just thought it would be polite since I was a loyal customer to your business to notify you of what is going on at your store. I also copied this message and forward to your main head quarters just in case one of your stylist decide to delete this message. If you need to get more information by all mean give me a call, I am on your records.

I always go here to get my hair cut and I have Devin cut it. She does a great job and I've even began to let her cut my beard and she does a great job with that. Always talkative and knows when to listen and when to talk. Awesome haircutter and awesome job

Roughest, most violent haircut I've ever had. The woman who cut my hair must have thought I was a sheep, or some similar livestock, because she was all business. It felt like she had some place else to be, and I was an obstacle. From the water-spray running down my forehead, the the angry way she was handling my ears, and the no smile, no talking, and rude demeanor she carried, I was offended to be treated this way. If this wasn't bad enough, she smelled like an ashtray. She must've been smoking seconds before roughing me up. I wanted to say something, but she was already in "Let's get this over with" mode, and I feared retribution from voicing my discomfort and receiving a crooked haircut or something. The previous time I had visited, I was offered hot towels, a beard trim, and other things. This time, I was standing outside 5 minutes AFTER opening waiting for the doors to be unlocked. Maybe I should have seen this as a sign of what was coming, but I expected more...a lot more. So, if you walk into the O.P location, and you see a "stylist" with nose, eyebrow, and lip piercings, and with a tattoo on her throat...that is Desiree. Beware. I gave 2 stars because I was happy with my haircut results, but it would have been a better experience sticking my head in a woodchipper. Atleast I know that the wood chipper would reek of cigarettes.
